Common Name:  Claybank Tiger Beetle, Green-margined Tiger Beetle

Latin Name:  Cicindela limbalis Klug, 1834
                        (R. Bercha, det.)

Length:  11 to 14 mm

Range: Throughout Alberta, not found in the Prairies or the eastern parklands

Habitat:  Bare clay slopes

Time of year seen:  April to September (Additional Sightings)

Diet: Insects
