Other: Beetles in the genus Badister are associated with
habitats that have wet or moist ground. As such they are found on the
the emergent vegetation associated with
eutrophic marshes and in the deep litter in moist woodlands. As these
beetles are attracted to light at night time they can be collected at light
traps. (Arnett et al, 2001 & Marshall, 2006)
